Its not a restaurant, its a gas station that has a small speacialty meat selection thats all homemade. The smoked andouille here should be famous. There boudin, that is pretty damn good, is always hot and packaged to order.
Really good homemade andouille. If you’re looking for some to make a gumbo or other Cajun dish this is where you should go. No need to drive to LaPlace.
