The most abhorrent customer service Ive ever experienced in my entire life!! The good recommendations of this place clearly MUST BE people who work there or family/friends of the owner. My 9 year old daughter took one bite of one of three of her terribly bland shrimp tacos, didnt like, and they blatantly refused to take it off of the bill. After that I was basically verbally assaulted by an EXTREMELY rude employee (Karonda Holmes sp?) who pretended to call 911 because I recorded her extremely inappropriate behavior. The quality of the food was mediocre to poor. I truly hope this is not a representation of Napoleonville dining. Youd do better going to Subway. Please believe me.
