Must say I was completely satisfied with my visit. More than one waiter that kept us very comfortable. The food was well timed and delivered to exact detail. I had the ribeye which was larger than expected and exceptional. Cheesecake was amazing as well. I definitely suggest eating here.
One of the best places to eat for a birthday or any special occasion for that matter. Ambience is classic steak house looking out on the mighty Mississippi. We had a certificate that I bought at a silent auction for charity for dinner and a night in hotel and thanks to Chynna with Lauberge we finally got to use it….she extended the use date for us about six times and for that I am so grateful. The valet guys are so friendly too and our server at dinner was a Will Smith smooth server. We had three specialty cocktails and then a nice bottle of Meomi Pinot with a ribeye, redfish and smoked prime rib.The meal was paced well and the food very good. It isn’t inexpensive so know going in it is a special occasion and celebration place. Unless maybe you are Drew Brees.We had a nice comp chocolate flourless cake brought out for my birthday too. Too full and tired to gamble but the comfy bed took care of that a short walk away.Thanks again and happy birthday to me!

Johnny Steakhouse. So I’ve been 3 times and I’m still undecided on the food. I feel like every time I leave I feel disappointed in what I got for what I paid. Mostly a consistency problem. Some stuff excellent and some stuff awful. With that said, the service has been great and the atmosphere is one-of-a-kind for the area! Jake was our server this past time and his personality was like mine, so naturally I enjoyed having him take care of us. If I’m in the mood to go and enjoy a great steak undoubtedly there are better places in BR, but I’ll keep going and enjoy everything! They usually have some interested specials that are worth a try and don’t disappoint.
What a meal! Was wary due to some of the reviews but….Bbq shrimp n lobster dumplings fantastic,Trout almondine to die for and it is trout!!Go dine and enjoy, service and food were impeccable!
***FLOP***. Went for Valentines Meal with my lovely wife…Geremy was our waiter, Perfect Gentlemen… he steered Us to a starter salad that consisted of ABSOLUTELY no more than 1 med size piece of green leafy vegetable matter torn into about 6-8 pieces & divided btwn our plates & two sweetie tomatoes sliced in half, Geremy explained these were the best salads in the world – NOT…!!!I ordered the Duck for the main course with an extremely poor excuse for some type of dirty rice, duck was fair @ best…Wife ordered free range chicken, pathetic excuse for chicken…We looked past that & ordered a dessert after explaining how poor we believed the food quality was, then to top it ALL off, we did not receive the dessert ordered… We were served the same gelato from across the Casino floor in the buffet instead of the dessert, I’ve been to the buffet numerous times – NEVER disappointed…When Geremy brought the check, I politely explained to Geremy that under absolutely no circumstances would I be guilty of spending another penny @ that restaurant, he made a veiled attempt to question me as to whether I could be accustomed to that quality food…There’s a snowballs chance in hell I’ll ever return there…!!!
The seafood bisque was seasoned perfectly & the seafood was very well done. The mozzarella & tomato salad is very savory & deconstructed. The asparagus was cooked well & the flavor was perfect. The mushrooms were very tasty and were very rich-flavored.
