Service was great. Food is very tasteless and poorly prepared.
Foods mediocre but the service is horrendous. Once had an experience with a clearly inebriated waitress, informed the manager, not even an apology he clearly could care less. First check I got was for was for another table, the second check was mine plus a shake I never received, third check was the same and on the fourth try it was accurate… Not worth it
From out of town. Waited thru a football halftime to get a table while 3 black families were ushered around us. Welcome to Baton Rouge. Keep your money.
Would not recommend. After an unsatisfactory visit to the Applebee’s on Sherwood, we decided to try the one on Airline. We won’t be back. Found both to be equally unsatisfying. Food was cold, chicken was dry, fish did not come with a sauce and very dry, vegetables were over cooked. The food presentation was unappetizing. When I made my way to the rest room I noticed a musty smell like dirty carpet or bathroom smell. Lighting terrible. Not sure how these restaurants stay open.
Here for lunch. No wait. Waitress and hostess were incredibly nice and professional.
Naaaas-ty. Especially the one on Sherwood. Better fare out of the freezer from Wally World and the service is not much better and totally uninterested in service.
Food ok, Atmosphere Depressing. We used a two entrees for the price of one coupon to go to AppleBee’s. The food was ok and they do have some heatlhy choices on their menu. I can’t put my finger on it but something about the place is kinda depressing. We probably won’t go back, coupon or no coupon. Something about the place just seems sad.
