We had dinner here tonight And it was some of the best food I’ve ever eaten! I had the rabbit and my boyfriend had the pork chop. Both were DELICIOUS! We also got the lamb meatball appetizer and it was amazing! Great service, great food!!
I would have to search hard to find a reason not to give Beausoleil the highest rating. Their food is delicious, the staff is down to earth, respectful, the atmosphere is relaxed, and they have craft cocktails! They even have artisian breads made locally. If you want a model small business for the perfect anytime experience look at this unique upscale authentic cajun ride.
Nasty. My boyfriend surprised me on Valentines Day. The service sucked and the food was NASTY. He was so embarrassed! I felt so sorry for him because it was his first time there also…will never return…
Worst fried chicken ever. I am 70 years old and have eaten fried chicken all of my life with great relish.I was at Beausoleil for lunch and the featured dish was fried chicken so I ordered it.It was the worst fried chicken I have ever eaten. The pieces were small and almost crispy all the way to the bone—way over cooked. To top it off it had no flavor, maybe they cooked it out of the chicken by over frying it.If that was their feature for the day I can’t imagine how bad the other dishes were.I will NEVER go back there—too many really good restaurants in that area to waste my time and money.
Lunched here several times to make sure my first impression was accurate. Sadly, it was. Rude staff that can’t wait to clear your table to bring in the next customer (even when there isn’t a wait for a table). Small portions that are over priced. One dessert, ordered by another person at our table, was mistaken for the coffee cream. It was in the little silver pitcher that cream comes and had very little content with whipped cream on top. She had to do a double take to affirm it was her dessert order. Chopped seafood salad so small that the person that ordered it left lunch hungry. Lunch easily $50+. I wouldn’t mind spending that if it were a great meal. Thank goodness for the pork rinds.
