Don’t bother tying to make a to-go order because nobody will answer the phone. I called four times within a 5 minute period, finally got someone to pick up then I was placed on hold for another 3 minutes. When I picked up my food 20 minutes later the place WASN’T EVEN BUSY. What are these people doing???. Seriously worst management ever.
Horrible visit. Food was just thrown together…servers were rude….will not be returning…
My family and I take a day and choose random restaurants that are new to us. We happened to be an hour away from home And this one was iffy the day we went. But I am so glad we did. It’s been a while since we had such a great experience when dinning somewhere. The food was delicious. The service was outstanding. We have plans to take my extended family here in a months time.
Great selection of draft beer plus. I had the bison burger with a ‘custom’ side salad (avocado, mango, blue cheese crumbles) instead of the slaw and it was huge and at almost no extra cost. Waitress was wonderful. I’ll be back
HORRIBLE SERVICE! we made reservations & they threatened to give our tables away AFTER we were sitting there. NEVER GO HERE.16 May, 2013HORRIBLE SERVICE! we made reservations & got there on time, just as the manager insisted we come.. it was graduation dinner (we did tell him this making reservations) & of course they were busy.. common sense should have told them they would be. thats the point of a RESERVATION. poor manager doesnt know the definition. anyway. they threatened to give our tables away AFTER we were sitting there. NEVER GO HERE.16 May, 2013We called ahead about a week ago to make reservations for a party of anywhere up to 20 (they politely said that they will seat us where they accommodate parties of 24) we give them a time when we would roughly be there and the guy says that as long as someone (ONE PERSON) shows up 20 minutes from then it will be fine. This was our graduation dinner, and we told him so. the day gets here & i go (within the 20 minute time span) & let them know everyone is on their way. then they say ‘oh it has to be 75% of your party’ & the manager rudely suggests that we are late (which we werent) and that he cant hold our tables if im the only one there, which i understand. so i come back WITH MY 75% and we are seated. the rest of us are coming, just about to walk in when the manager comes up to my boyfriends face saying we cant hold the tables (mind you, we were already sitting there) which was very unprofessional and rude. we know, its a restaurant & you are under a lot of pressure. BUT WE MADE RESERVATIONS ALREADY! and were already sitting just waiting on like a couple other people! you didnt know you would be busy?! PLEASE! we told you. graduation dinner.. hello?! ITS PEOPLES GRADUATION NIGHTS. OF COURSE YOURE BUSY THATS WHY WE MADE RESERVATIONS!. made for a memorable graduation night… i urge anyone looking for even poor service to not go here because this service was poorer than poor.16 May, 2013What would I like to say about BJ’s?! Great lunch prices. Stuffed potato was mediocre. Wife’s pizza was delicious.
Bad mixed drinks & bad customer service. I went with a group of friends after our movie for a drink and desert. I ordered a mixed drink. It didn’t taste very well and did not have sufficient alcohol. When I complained, they wanted me to pay a fee for additional alcohol added to my drink! Needless to say, I returned the drink and refused to pay for it.Stay away from this place. They don’t know how to make mixed drinks and they don’t know anything about customer satisfaction.
