Louisianans often find ourselves bragging about our cuisine. Creole food is a blend of the various cultures of New Orleans including Italian, African, German, Caribbean, Spanish, Native American and Portuguese, to name a few. The only place to get true Creole food is in Louisiana, or at least in someone from Louisianas kitchen. Come reste un peu (stay awhile) to downtown Baton Rouge and visit Chef Mark Reilly's Creole kitchen.
