Food review. I was told by my sister who lives out of state how good the tripler dipper was so I thought I would try it the first time it was great the second time I went in with a friend my treat the third time I called in my order not so great I had about three dips of the artichoke dip it was cold no top wad on the dip my order was incorrect I got 2 orders burger bites no egg rolls I was told by cashier to come back which traffic was horrible and I had to return to work so I told her I would come on Monday when I was off she said that would be fine she would put my ticket in the managers office which she did not do as she said at the CHILIS location I felt I was not treated as a valued customer and I will not patronize there again
I will ever go back. My Cajun chicken pasta the plate was hot but the food was cold ice cold my onion rings was cook to lond and black my drink was water down and the restaurant was not clean
Very good burger.. My favorite is the bacon cheese burger.
This place sucks! The food was as if I went to the drive thru at McDonald’s just add a server that checked on me every 15 mins. I will never return to this place they need serious management changes because this establishment is a disaster.
SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!. This is the worst Chili’s I have ever been to! My wife and I went there with our kids during our vacation, and I will NEVER go back to Chili’s again after this episode. The waitress, and actually all the waitresses could care less about customer service. 1) When we walked in, the hostess and a waitress had to finish their minute conversation before they even acknowledged us, 2) We ordered table side guacamole and the waitress scooped all the avocado and just left? We added all the sides and mixed it together…. 3) My daughter spilled her water and no one was willing to help, I approached 2 waitresses and they said they would clean it up and walked away and never returned, we had to move tables and when we left the water was still there 4) The waitress forgot to bring our salad 5) They tried to charge us for the saladJust a HORRIBLE RUN CHILI’S. This place needs to be shut down!
DeShay the server is amazing. Our drinks never got less than half full and there were 20 of us. She was friendly and courteous. Everything was hot and delicious.
This may be the worst chilis that I have ever been to in my entire life. Took over an hour to get horrible food.
