  The service at the Chili’s is hit or miss. Tonight half of the restaurant was closed, and the other half was half empty. Yet, we had a 15 minute wait. And we waited a while at the table also. Some people were training so clearly they are short handed. Maybe a management issue. The service seems better at lunch time in the bar area. The food is fine. We didn’t have a Ziosk on our table and they had to steal one from another table. Our server didn’t seem to be paying attention to anything we said and seemed very distracted, and had to ask us to repeat things several times. He forgot my lemon in my water. I also don’t like how the tables in the center are in the dark with the current lighting. I ordered the Smokehouse Burger with black beans, but I got fries instead of beans and my burger was missing the bacon, onion rings, and side of BBQ sauce. We needed silverware so I had to get my own from the hostess stand. Then we needed napkins and I found some of those too. Not too thrilled today.

  We were staying at a hotel close by and Chilis was a known deal – right? Not to mention a very easy get to from our hotel in the busy BR traffic. The service from Lucas was very good. But the food – ehh. We ordered margaritas frozen. They came in a hot -yes hot mug and were foamy. I don’t know now you get a foamy margarita.My ribs were very tender but warm not hot. My friends fajitas were good but decently not sizzling. All in all a very disappointing experience

  Waited 15 mins before seated. Then waited 20 mins and never saw a waiter/waitress. We just got up and left. The Ihop across street was way better service.
