Cocha offers globally influenced delicately prepared cuisine. The ingredients are sourced locally if possible. They use iverstine farms, fullness organics, mushroom maggie, and greener pastures. The menu changes every 4 months. Its definitely not your average Louisiana restaurant. It is an experience you could expect to find in New York or La right here in Baton Rouge! The food is delicious with all the perfect layering of flavors and the atmosphere is cozy and electric. 445 N. Sixth St. Baton Rouge La 70802
This is a very good clean place, friendly staff and owners and the food is awesome!! Today, I had redfish over a bed off perfectly cooked rice and think sliced yellow squash with thin sliced red bell peppers. I will definitely be back with co-workers and friends.
