The cupcakes here are great, and I love the decor. The chocolate cupcakes with chocolate buttercream icing are Devine. The icing literally melts in your mouth. The employees are always great. 3/13/16 Update: I walked by yesterday (Saturday) afternoon, and the store was closed and a lot of the furniture removed. I can’t confirm whether they are shut down or just renovating. Seems they may be closed though.

So. Very. Nasty. They only had about 20 cupcakes in the whole place. The little girl that worked there needed a personality transplant. The cupcake itself was dry. The icing was weird and oily. I didn’t even think it would be humanly possible to be THIS unhappy with a cupcake.
I really believe this place is still open because of money in the family. The cupcakes are horrible and the icing is disgusting. They look good when they have them up but then you taste them and it tastes like stale old mess. Never again.
Very hit or miss. They run out of flavors a lot. I have also gotten stale cupcakes from here, which is weird because with the number of times I’ve arrived to find flavors sold out, you would think they would be freshly baked! The Bananas Foster and Banana Chip are pretty good. The Wedding Cake needs some work. That is the flavor that I have also found to be stale the majority of the time. Plus, it’s very bland. Amp up the almond flavoring!
Just got a dozen of the wedding cake cupcakes for my sister’s 21st birthday today, and they were delicious! The cupcake was more of a buttery shortbread flavor than almond, but it was very tasty! And the icing was perfect! Will be back for sure.
