They got my order wrong on my first and only visit.
Awesome. I’m not sure what restaurant the others that commented went to but my few experiences at the Dunkin Donuts was awesome. The Coffee was top notch just like I remembered it and the Vanilla Cream Donut was excellent with plenty of filling. The Staff is Super Friendly and even with long lines in the cafe, they move the Customers through rather quickly. I highly recommend this store.
Filled Donuts. I stopped by when they first opened to get my favorite donut the Bavarian cream filled. The donuts were almost empty. I stopped by again yesterday and I told them about the problem I had with the filled dounuts and they said that they had corrected the problem. THEY HAVEN’T. The Bavarian cream donuts that I bought yesterday were just as empty as the ones when they were first opened. You don’t even get two bites with cream in them. I won’t go back to the Baton Rouge location again but I will always stop at the one in Metairie. Those are wonderful.
The address giving on this page is not correct. This is the address for Thee Heavenly Donut. The Dunkin Donuts is on Sherwood near the interstate. The donuts at Dunkin Donuts were amazing.
Horrible!! I think these donuts are shipped frozen then slightly thawed and served to the customers. I stopped by before work and bought donuts for the office. They were Cold and hard. Dunkin Donuts won’t make it in Louisiana we know what good food in here and Dunkin ain’t it..
What the heck. I don’t think it’s even right to serve those hard bricks they call doughnuts. Do they ever freshly make these or just get them out a box? Mary-Lee’s and Krispy Kreme will knock them right out of Baton Rouge.
A cold mess!!!!!. I remember how nasty Dunkin Donuts were when they were here before so I figured this time they have to be better. Well I was really disappointed that they were the still dry, cake like, heavy, weird tasting doughnut. I will stick with Krispy Kreme. On a positive note the restaurant looks really nice.
