I eat at Dunkin a lot as I travel. This is by far the worst one I’ve visited. At 10:30 on Sunday morning, they had no bread and no eggs. Service was comically bad, after you finally got your order. 13 people came through the line and every one had to repeat their order to the preparer. Persons of one race were given free donuts. Donut was stale. Floors were dirty. Windows were dirty.
Hit or miss. I work nearby so I stop about once a week for coffee. They get my order right about 50% of the time. I’m a little afraid to order food there after seeing the staff eating food in the front area, just like, taking bites of random donuts from the case.
Great lattes. I love their coffee and they’ve never gotten my order wrong. Their caramel latte lite is my favorite and it’s half the price of starbucks. Only bad time to go is Saturday morning when there’s too many people
