Burned grease fries and unseasoned meat, yea?. Who rated them the best fries and burger in town? This is not rocket science. Fries should be tender inside crispy outside and no taste of bitter burned grease. A burger only needs salt and pepper if your meat is high quality. If you are not going to salt and pepper your meat at least put some in the bag when a burger is ordered to go.. to sum it up my experience tonight was a bland unseasoned burger with limp fries that tasted of burned grease. Tiny And Bland. I’ve been to Five Guys twice and hope to never go again. The burgers are tiny, bland and extremely overpriced and on my second trip there I ate 3 doubles just to prove a point. Their fries are absolutely nasty.
I really enjoyed the food. The burger was huge; but delicious! The food is good and the staff was really nice. One of the guys brought my food to my table; which was really kind. The cashier was sweet. My over all experience was great for my first time at Five Guys Burger & Fries.
Worst 5 Guys Ever. Went to the 5 Guys on Clearview, tried to order a couple bacon burgers, was told they were out of bacon. Kind of surprised to be told that a store was out of a key ingredient to a main selling burger, but ok. I go up to get some ketchup, I see the burger guy putting bacon on some burgers! I was kind of upset at that point. I said something, he said to me it’s hard to explain. Then this guy comes out to talk to me, he said he was the manager. His name was Justin. He had some lame excuse about the grill not working and I said that’s not a good excuse I think I’ll contact your corporate office. He said to me, that’s ok we’re a franchise and don’t come back. So, guess what we won’t come back and our word of mouth that tells 8 friends that 8 friends.. will keep telling another 8 friends. Justin is the worst manager and that’s the worst ran store ever.
Good burger. Good -cheap – greasy – not fancy burger,Order The small fries….they are not cinchy with the portions.
