A tale of two places. Sort of a more local Cracker Barrel.Would rate more in the 4 area for breakfast and generously give them a 1.75-2 for our lunch we had there after church one day.So visit for breakfast and if for lunch do not order what we did.

I was happy to see that Frank’s is open seven days a week in the hopes that it could be a new breakfast spot for me. I am in the industry and work downtown so it is on my way to work, a little out of the way but I had high hopes it would be worth it. My first experience was with the Spanish omelet, the menu says thinly sliced hash browns, and I expected just that. What I got was bagged big chunk hashbrowns fried and none of the meal was seasoned. Jug salsa when it takes thirty seconds in a blender to make great house made salsa. Have a little more pride in your food Frank’s. I get that it’s a volume game but why sacrifice the quality of your food? I will try again because of the great hospitality, so I will return with high hopes.

Fried pickles were too salty to eat. The fries & onion rings were soggy & greasy. Not impressed. Won’t be back

Poor service and their crawfish are terrible…. So disappointed with the Frank’s in Prairieville. We went for crawfish on a Thursday night. The were tiny, soggy and over spiced. But the worst part is that they overcharged us by a dollar per pound. Also, they lost our catering order for a party we were hosting, and weren’t able to get it ready in time. Just irritated and disappointed. There are so many delicious places to eat in BR that we’ll just avoid this one…

The place was great! The waitresses were so nice and the food was delicious! The decorations reminded me about my mamaw’s house.

Family Tradition!. Ever since I was a young man we would eat at franks once a month for breakfast on the weekends Ive ate too much food from here over the years to give a one on one account but it is all good!!!

Catering/delivery. Originally ordered catering delivery for a company function from their Baton Rouge location. Although they were unable to deliver from the BR location, they were very accommodating and got their Prairieville location to deliver at the preferred time. I did not have to call the other location myself, they took care of coordinating the alternative themselves. I was very pleased by their service. Their food was also very good too. Came hot and the delivery guy was helpful.
