A Baton Rouge classic…if you go here you have to try one of 2 things…a poboy (oyster, shrimp, catfish, take your pick) OR (and if I told you I’ve never dreamed about one of these that’d be a big, fat, ugly lie) a New Orleans style, hot roast beef poboy. Now they only offer these on Sundays because it’s the best pot roast debris you’ve ever had but if you can’t make it on a Sunday, the roast beef au jus sandwich is a hard second.
