Not too shabby spot up and over one of our Chinese Buffet places of choice.Not a lot of folks there when we went which is a bit scary but the sushi was a-ok in a sushi saturated market.
I am a long time fan of sushi and have been to m&m any great sushi restaurants! I’ve been to many around the Baton Rouge area. I have to say I was very please with the freshness and presentation of the sushi rolls. I order the MAJOR roll which was absolutely amazing. The smoked salmon skin was a little chewy but still good. Also, I had the Philadelphia roll and spicy yellowtail roll. Everything was so great and reasonably price. I ordered take out and I was given a box with soy sauce, eel sauce, spicy mayo, and siracha! No complaints here! Nothing but love for Ginza. Definitely will be back!
