Great little family owned business. I’ve always liked this place. Far better than the chain fast food garbage that is all over campus. Try the steak sandwich and get it fully dressed on wheat, cooked in Tabasco, with pepper jack cheese and sweet peppers added. MMMMMmmmm!
Competely overrated. I really don’t understand how this place is rated so high. I’ve tried to like it and I’ve been on numerous occasions thinking that maybe I’d just had a bad experience that was the exception to the rule. No. I’ve given up. This place just sucks. For starters, the sandwiches are overpriced and basically empty. You get bread, a little bit of meat and bagged lettuce that taste like paper confetti. The meat taste like the typical processed crap that you could get at Subway. The service is terrible. I guess being a bored, unfriendly hipster is a requirement to work here because they all fit the bill. Personally though, I wouldn’t care about terrible service at a sandwich place if the food was actually good. But its not. The sandwiches are sub-par(no pun intended), overpriced, and the service sucks. Don’t be fooled by the 90% rating. I have no idea how it is that high.
