I’ve had so many good experiences here. Their pizza is delicious and always served hot and tasty. Their salads are very good too, and the staff is polite and keeps our glasses filled. I was sorry to read a negative review, but it gave me a chance to tell about all the good experiences I’ve had at Isabella’s.
This Place STINKS!. I went here for dinner, my dad ordered soup which was on the board outside. The waitress said they were out of soup. Then my dad ordered Buffalo wings…the wings were still frozen inside, so he sent them back. They brought out the same stuff again after putting it in the oven for another 10 minutes. They were still GROSS! Then the store owner and manager came out and told us that they buy them pre-cooked from Costco and that they shouldn’t be undercooked and raw. Their pesto chicken pasta and pesto calzone were both gross. I have yet to find the pesto anywhere in the meals. They are OVERPRICED and GROSS! Please don’t waste your money going there!
Food is ok – AWFUL customer service.. Ordered a pizza from here today. Between the driver and the store, someone screwed up and we ended up with a very late, very cold pizza. When we called to ask for a refund, the manager refused to speak with us, but had his employee tell us that they would not give us a refund under any circumstances, but if we did not want the pizza, he’d send the delivery driver back to pick it up.WTF? There is way better pizza in Baton Rouge – we ordered here because it’s near our workplace. Read YELP reviews and even some here – a lot of people have these problems. This is our second time getting cold pizza and bad service.
We were a large group. They managed well. Very limited wine and spirits inventory. Pizza is very good. Semi-thij crust with good flavour. I had pesto, artichoke and feta and im still craving more.
Best and most authentic New York style pizza with friendly service. Kerem is an excellent server who knows me by name and treats me like family. This iused to be a secret gem of mine but apparently the word is out. The pizza is always perfect amd in my opinion, the best in town.
Currently eating here. Pizza is delicious. Waitor was nice. Fast service.
Always get great pizza!! We’ve eaten there over 30+ times & the food is consistently good. It comes out hot & fresh. I LOVE the Mia Salad! I only wish their non-alcoholic drink selection offered more variety. The service is good too. We love to bring out-of-town guests here.
