Rude Staff. I’m from N LA and we love Johnny’s Pizza, but the staff in Baton Rouge —VERY RUDE!!!This has happened 3 times! I’m done with Johnny’s in BTR!!!
Terrible service.. I only saw my waitress two times during the entire visit. To get our order and to give us the check. No refills or anything. Waited 50 minutes for our food. When we finally got it, the pizza was not fully cooked and was basically dough. Very disappointed with the service. It’s a shame because I used to come here a lot with my family and now the restaurant has just gone downhill. Maybe some new management would help? I don’t know. Hope this is helpful
We made a mistake. We ordered pizza and wings here.The bland and lifeless crust holding what appeared to be toppings from 2010 made us long for a Red Baron from Albertsons. The wings were not much better and were not spicy at all. Very fatty and reminded one of that jiggly skin on the underside of a bigger woman’s upper arm. The high rating here is clearly self manufactured as I know locals know good food from this barely edible fare.No repeat needed.
Tried the buffet today. Not so good. I have had better pizza but the cinnamon dessert pizza was pretty good.
Great pizza! A little pricey, but worth it because they obviously care about the product they put out. I suggest ordering during late afternoon for the best results. Not too busy so you get the full attentionyour order deserves. Ask for Jazz to make your pizza if she is there. She is one of the best pizza makers there and she will take care of you. I’d avoid the buffet because it is just value pizzas rushed out.
Food was cold. Service was lousy. Didnt have plates out for the Buffett. All the tables were dirty. Spent 10$. I would rather eat fast food. Will not return.
I read the reviews here thinking Johnny’s was going to be impressive. Folks, don’t come here with high expectations or you’ll be disappointed. Pizza was cheap-tasting, and reminded me of the stuff you buy at bowling alleys. The buffet was not good, and even the highly-touted menu pizzas were subpar. I will not be going back to Johnny’s.
