Waited over 20 minutes after arriving 30 minutes after order was placed. Greasy bottom to pizza and breadsticks. Then found a bonus huge long disgusting hair in pizza. Won’t be back.
Their pizza is okay. A step up from dominos and papa johns. Delivery is terrible! It took over an hour! We won’t be ordering from there again.
After showing up at the time that I was given to pick up my order, I waited at the drive through window for 5 minutes before being greeted. The server informed me in a very rude tone that my order was just placed 25 min ago and the Internet time was not correct. She then informed me that I would have to wait for another 15 min because they had not started it yet. My card was already charged online and I was informed that she could not issue a refund and she could not cancel my order. My how this place has gone downhill. Wish I would have just gone to subway next door!
