Price 1/5Service 4/5Taste 2/5I paid 14 dollars plus tip for 2 eggs, toast, bacon, hashbrowns, and coffee. It’s a lot of food but ridiculously overpriced for breakfast. Not only expensive, but the food is not that great. I’ve somehow made better tasting eggs and bacon at home with less grease and fat. You’d be better off going to McDonalds and get the same amount of food for half the price. I can only recommend this place if you’re extremely drunk and it’s 2 am.

An LSU classic. The upgrade to the newer/bigger place is nice. This is a place for breakfast – omelettes, biscuits, etc. Hamburgers are only ok, though I like the fact they are dressed with alfalfa sprouts.

Busy? YesDirty? A little Tasty? Hell to the yes! Geezus folks. I’ve never seen so many mixed reviews on a restaurant in my life. The place is kinda dirty, but not nothing that would make me concerned for my health. The place it open 24/7 and apparently run by college students. Cut ‘EM some slack. Get the hash browns, but fair warning: you probably won’t be able to finish them. Louie’s is not shy with the portions. I’m so full, I need a nap!

Good diner food. I went earlier in the morning (about 7) and it wasn’t very busy, so the service was good and quick. The fact that is open 24 hours makes it a good spot.

Fair warning: Don’t come here if you’re on a diet. This food is good in the way that comfort food is good. The breakfast is great and it can be hard to get in for breakfast on weekends because they are so busy. I love their biscuits. The burgers are really good. The pie is great. They will put cheese on your fries which I like. But they spare no calories. Great comfort food for sure!! The new location has much more space so I’m glad they moved, and managed to take some of the nostalgic atmosphere along with them. The service is always friendly, but performance depends on how busy they are.

A very ordinary breakfast diner at the best! Service is always a bit slow since the place is packed with college kids. The burgers are decent but overpriced. The canadian who i visited this place with said that this is the only way hash browns are made but im pretty sure thats what they do in Saskatchewan!Overall the place is good for college kids who need a quick bite and not travel too far. Good vibe to the place and i will visit again to try more from their menu.

Louie’s is the kind of place locals like because it’s been around for so long, not because it’s actually worth visiting. The service is slow, the staff is not exactly welcoming, the restaurant can be dirty, and the food is just not very good. Save your money and go to Ihop.
