  Rude Mgr. And Employee. I was at the food court at North Star Mall in San Antonio, Tx. And my daughter had never had it before at Marble Creamery. She had her own money and wanted to go by herself. She came back and said they weren’t taking cash only cards. Really?? During Christmas at the mall food court??? We then went together and when at the counter we were rudely stopped and the employee had a person behind me come up. I argued with the Manager an d she did not have any customerervice skills and spoke rudely with anger in her voice. I left and will never go back. Don’t go there, They hire Unprofessional people.

  Rude owner. I went to the facility to get some ice cream. The place was left open and no one was there. I waited between 5-7 minutes. I called out to see if anyone was there and no answer. So after I got in my car I got worried and called the police. They informed me the person working went to get some good when they called to check. So I called to get info to report to owner and Michael the owner was the one who left the store wide open. He was very rude to me and told me I could report him to the corporate office. I just can’t understand some people.

  What happened to this place?. Wow, air conditioning was out and fans going, ice cream pretty gooey. Not much clientele. Must be a new owner. Not what I remembered
