I truly hope maxwells was having an off day yesterday. The service and level of uncleanliness at 1pm in the restaurant was unacceptable. The drink area was heavily littered with sugar, wasted drinks, straw paper and in the floor were several pieces of trampled on deli meat. A dirty table in the dining area remained unclean for nearly 20 mins. There was no huge lunch rush during my visit, which allowed time for staff to clean. They seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves. Food was also prepared without two of the requested items, causing is to have to return to the counter. Huge disappointment and sandwich and soups were mediocre at best. First visit to this location and hope they shape up!

The meat was great quality and cooked right to perfection. I will definetly be visiting this place on more occassions. Great lunch and brunch spot. GREAT STEAK WRAP!!! *****
