On a recommendation of a co-worker, I stopped by here to give the food a go. The restaurant was very clean, the staff courteous and friendly, the food definitely worth the trip.
This place is Fresh. I love Chinese cuisine done right. I am picky about meat and seafood texture, and I’m wary of the sauces that turn into a gelatinous mess. But I love freshly-cooked, made-from-scratch Chinese foods and sauces. So New China is a great new discovery for me. Everything flavorful without all of the mystery, just light and good. Their fried dumplings are awesome–
