I’ve liked them in the past, but lately, they just can’t get an order right. On several occasions, I’ve gotten home only to find out they didn’t toast the bagel, as I requested. Today, they left off my bacon! Not going back – they’re not the only breakfast place in town.
Perhaps the sandwiches are good but the regular bagels are pretty bland. Have tried several different flavors. The Asiago is simply ok as is the everything bagel. The blueberry is awful – aside from the blue coloring it has no taste at all. Will not go back for bagels. Can’t wait for Panera to open!
AMAZING!! tried three kinds and all were delicious. Definitely worth going to try. Friendly staff and clean restaurant. Also the bagel chips are super yummy!
Amazing Service & Food!. I have NEVER been disappointed when coming to New York Bagel Company, especially at this location. The staff is Always friendly, and this is some of the fastest service I have ever received. Even in the middle of the lunch hour during the week, we have been able to come in, order almost immediately, even when the place is packed, and have our food ready by the time we’ve filled up our drinks. The food is Always good, and my order has Never been wrong. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this restaurant. I only wish they were open longer! 🙂

The New Yorker Fix. Every time I get my haircut, I need my New Yorker fix. Great food, affordable, and excellent and friendly staff. A great place for lunch.
Not Just A Pretty Face. New York Bagel on Jefferson is an outstanding lunch spot. There is a nice selection of sandwiches, the staff is the friendliest in town and the service is prompt. The Jefferson Highway area offers a number of restaurant choices but, given time, this one will become your favorite.
