We have eaten at this location on a consistent basis cause the sandwiches are very good, but I can’t say much about anything else. We have come here dozens of times and EVERY SINGLE TIME our order is wrong and we send it back. They haven’t gotten it right once. I don’t make it that complicated!!! Ex one thing and add another, you can’t get that right? Ever? I pay for avocado and 50/50 they leave it off! The workers are rude and give lousy customer service, the booths are always dirty and it’s like they refuse to get my order right! I still tip every time though…. The only reason we come to this location over Jefferson is for the bagel chips and avocado. I honestly wish Jefferson would have these options so we could never return here, I’m fed up.
The service is horrible. The wait is ridiculous for bagels and sandwiches that are ALWAYS made wrong. The workers are idiots and the only reason it’s still open is because baton rouge has no other option.
Bagel was good but service is lousy! Saturday morning and only one person working the front. Waited 20 minutes for a cup of coffee as she was too busy taking orders to make a pot. Second experience here and service poor both times!

Best Sandwiches In Baton Rouge. Just finished eating at one of the best kept secrets in Baton Rouge. The New York Bagel on Lee Dr is hard to see from the street, but it is just before Highland Rd. in the Duplantier Shopping Center. They are fast and friendly. I love the NYB
