The pizza is good but the customer service is horrible. They never answer the phone or you have to let the phone ring a million times or they pick up and hang up in your face. Sometimes they aren’t even open during business hours. I tried my best to support them because its a black owned business and the owner is a nice guy but unfortunately having his family work there will be his downfall. I called at least 9 times tonight and some young girl answered the phone and continually hung up the phone in my face. They have lost what used to be a loyal customer and I’m sure they will lose many more.
I was really disappointed in this pizza. I was really rooting for them; but it wasn’t really good. I’ll say that for the price, it is really good to get to feed a large family on the fly; but for a discriminating palette like mine, I cannot see myself purchasing another pizza from this establishment. The pizza was drenched in grease. The crust was super chewy and not very flavorful. I was hoping for an explosion of flavors with the tomato sauce and cheese and the meats; but it all fell flat for me.
