Fresh ingredients, awesome flavor and now EXTRAS ARE FREE!!! You can have extra queso, guacamole, rice, beans, ect. at no additional charge. This place is WAY better than Izzo’s and Chipotle. I can’t see why anyone wouldn’t go to Qdoba. Plus the margaritas are awesome. I love to enjoy my food on their patio with one of their top shelf margaritas.
I like qdoba but here in the Fargo Moorhead area when you order gumbo there is hardly any sauce in the Bowl I asked for more sauce and they give a spoon full and it’s far from being soupy stupid its like a bowl of mush they need to fix that problem and if you ask for extra I mean more then a spoon full they want you to pay more and it is still like mush somebody needs to send them a picture of what gumbo is supposed to look like
Queso and Mexican Gumbo are awesome. Really the best queso in town. Service usually really bad but I keep going. Other places in town have a better selection of toppings and veggies too.
The food at qdoba is as good as the people who make it. If you get someone who doesn’t care about what they’re serving and is just rushing to get you to the register, your food is gonna suck. If you get someone who cares about the quality of the food theyre giving you, it’s gonna be awesome. Unfortunately I’ve had too many of the former situations happen at this qdoba. Last time I went my nachos were too soggy because there weren’t a lot of chips and the lady was just scooping beans on to the nachos without letting them drain. The Mexican gumbo was too soupy because she just poured it into the bowl instead of using a spoon. It was absolutely not worth $20. The one at lsu is way better. I go there on a regular basis and I’ never disappointed. The people there are nice and they always take their time when making your meal to ensure it’s as good as it can be!
Good Eats. First time experiencing Qdoba and now hooked! I had the Pork Burrito with the Ancho Chile sauce and added guac… great place with superior quality.
