Had a birthday party there today actually – February 24, 2018. It was the WORST experience I have EVER had. The kids had a great time, but they had NO idea what was going on behind the scenes. I also went through three different people, workers, party hostesses, I have no clue who they were, during the duration of the party. I did not have a set person who was designated for my party. So, for that reason and the next other reasons is why I would recommend you NOT waste your money for a party here. When I first got there, it was a shit show because they got me and another party confused, but had they properly paid attention, they would have had it together. I let that go.. I was NOT told that the game cards would not allow the tickets won from the arcade machines to be added because they were timed cards. That even though the kids won jackpots, they would only get to keep the 500 tickets that were already added. Had I known this, I would have let the kids know so they wouldn’t have been heart broken! Let’s move on into the party room. The one worker I saw consistently for about 45 minutes did not help with the passing out of the pizza or cutting the cake or anything. Along with myself and the help of the parents who stayed at the party had to do everything! This has NEVER happened at other establishments I have had birthday parties at before. Then, it took forever to get any refills of the drinks. Tried to pay for extra pitchers, but that was not happening. I think this was it, there was so much that happened that I am not sure if this covers it all. All in all, this was the most unorganized party I have ever experienced. I will not be back and I pray everyone who decides to try a party there will reconsider and spend your money elsewhere because it was nothing but a waste and a headache. Learn from my mistake!!!
Bowled. On a Saturday night the bar at the bowling alley was closed. Before it closed, my wife and I stood there for 15 min and were never acknowledged by the bartender. We left and went to the restaurant where we were promptly greeted by that bartender and told she would be with us shortly. Didn’t have a problem after that, except for the fact we kept having to leave the bowling area and walk to the restaurant to get drinks. Terrible.
