Now I can’t eat or order anything else and go without dinner tonight because they’ve already charged me. This is absolutely ridiculous! Drivers need to be dependable or the workers there should show up with my food anyway there was more than one person in store.

Great food, hit-or-miss Front of House. We love the food here and its pretty consistent too. The pizzas are tasty with interesting toppings and combos (just be sure to ask for extra sauce if you like to taste the sauce on your pizza, they usually skimp for our liking.) The ham, pear, and brie sandwich is amazing w/ the chutney on the side. The salads are phenomenal: good dressings, huge, and very filling. Plus, you can’t beat $2 pitchers on Mon & Tues! The front of house staff can be hit or miss sometimes though. They often don’t come back once the food is out so if you need something, you have to get their attention. We have had good service from some of the regular girls, but there are a couple that are not as attentive as one would like. I also wish they would consider closing in the kitchen a little more. It’s pretty open and while its fine to see them work, its not appetizing if you are facing that direction and get to see how dirty the floors/walls/etc are. Having worked in restaurants, its understandable to have dirty floors, but it isn’t very nice to see as a guest.03 Nov, 2014Roasted Cauliflower and Eggplant Salad. It is a huge salad with a great combo of healthy veggies and a delicious vinaigrette to bring all of the flavors together. The crispy pancetta is a nice touch and I’ve never seen a similar salad on another menu around.

Great Food, Great Service!. I met a friend here for lunch today — my first visit ever to a Reginelli’s. I ordered a sandwich and was soon told that the particular cheese that came on that sandwich was out of stock. No problem, I ordered it with another kind of cheese. I was told the sandwich would be complimentary, since it was being served with a different kind of cheese than what the menu stated. I said that wasn’t necessary, but they insisted. The sandwich — ham with sliced pear and brie (mine was with fontina) — was delicious. While I was eating the sandwich the manager came out and told me that they had just gotten their truck in with a new shipment of brie, and that they were going to make me another sandwich with the brie, as listed on the menu, to take with me, and this sandwich would also be comp. Again, I said this wasn’t necessary, but they insisted. This combination of great food and great customer service will make this place a winner. Today was my first visit, but it won’t be my last!

Friendly service!. I love the Reginelli’s in New Orleans so I gave this Reginelli’s a try. The food was just as delicious (especially the Mediterranean pizza!) and it came with friendly service. Great job – will be back!

I walked in this place at 7:40 PM last night. There was one worker acting as hostess but also taking phone orders. After waiting 5 minutes, she said that i could sit wherever I wanted. I sat at a booth and waited. There was a table with three priests and a couple other tables but they weren’t overly busy. Five minutes passed and nobody came to the table. Ten minutes later-not a menu or a glass of water. Finally, after 15 minutes, I was on the verge of blowing a gasket so I got up and left. This poor (non-existent) service was inexcusable. If I were the owner/manager, I would have been furious. I don’t know what it is about BR restaurants, but the level of service is in serious decline. I’m not going back to this location any time soon. The one by LSU is much better.

I was kind of skeptical at first vecause they don’t make traditional pizzas but I’m glad I went ahead and tried it-I had the mediterranean pizza and it was so delicious
