I went for lunch one day after class and ordered the Philly Cheesesteak. I was told that they didn’t have the correct bread and they would have to put it on a flatbread/wrap. Even so, it was fantastic and the fries were seasoned perfectly. I may even get it on a flatbread/wrap next time. The only issue I had was how dirty it was. I understand it’s a local, small business and shouldn’t be spotless but there was water leaking onto the floor from somewhere and it was a few inches deep. I have a hard time enjoying food when my shoes are splashing around in the booth. Maybe next time I’ll take it to go.

I’ve been getting the double Mega Burger with cheer for coming up on ten years. The place is a staple. And anyone who goes to five guys across the street has completely missed the point.The dive has the better Burger BY FAR.Bring back the jalepeno paste Rouls.
I used to drive from Lafayette to BR just to eat at Raoul’s, the burgers there were the best in the state. In the last couple of years, the quality has gone down tremendously. The last time I was there the burger was completely flavorless. Until the quality improves, I will not be back. I prefer to now go down the street to Chimes
Had the shrimp burger and was very good, but wish it was a little more burger or a little less bread. Bun was too big for the patty!
Roul himself can make a really outstanding burger. His crew, not so much.
