Waited 20 minutes, no service. I left………… more cooks than help. 1 waitress middle of lunch in the day. She even spoke to me twice, still never got seated or served

The WORST pizza! I’m new to Louisiana. Just moved here a week ago from NYC and I was craving pizza. They claimed to have good New York style pizza. They served me a small oily, limp, slice of what they call pizza. And for $3! Never in my entire life have I paid that much for a worse slice prior to this. I’ve had $1 slices from dirty, shady, corner pizza shops that were way better than this could ever be. I’ve even had amazing pizza from other places like Florida and Ohio that came closer. As soon as she gave me the tiny, soggy, slices and hit me with the price I was genuinely disgusted. I walked out with the pizza hoping that it would at least be a decent bite and of course it wasn’t. I know that this isn’t New York but please don’t pass off your pizza is New York style.

When it comes to pizza, there a fine line between amazing vs bad. In the case of S&G, their pizza isn’t bad. Nor is it good. It’s very average. I’d recommend it if you NEED a warm slice from the window, after a night out. But not if you need lunch. Worse yet however, were the price of their drinks. $9 for Jack and Cokes or vodka cranberry (well drinks). I left feeling like I’d have rather gotten a burger at a dive bar and been much better off.

Did not like it at all. My husband and I went in for the first time. Was really looking forward to a good pizza NOT from here. I didn’t like the sauce at all!! The toppings, what there was of them, were in the middle not evenly on the pizza. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Horrible experience. Strolled into this place downtown and had an all you can eat and drink special on Monday for $20. So thought that was a good deal. After 1hr 30min I was told it was over even though the sign dosent give a start time or end time. The bar tender was rude and always stayed on the phone. When I asked why The offer ended I got no answer. If you want good service , food and non false advertising , this is not your place. Horrible place.

Enjoy the Pizza, Love the beer. The pizza is good, not great by any means, but I do love the New York style pizza you have to fold over and eat like a sandwich. The best part about this place to me is that it holds a special place in my heart because I used to get together with the guys and pig out on pizza and drink beer.

I would not recommend it!. Been there once. The beer is good. But, the place smells of pepperoni, which becomes disgusting if that is the dominant smell in any place after 10 minutes!!
