I ordered lunch from Serop’s through Major Menus. When my food wasn’t delivered, I called the restaurant. The person I spoke with asked what I ordered and if the number I was calling from was a good callback number. He then said he’d look into it and hung up on me. I waited, but didn’t hear back. I called back after 10 minutes, and was told that I placed a takeout order to be picked up by the customer, not through Major Menus. I explained that I ordered it through the Major Menus site, and the man continued to insist that’s not how the order was placed. I finally told him I needed a refund, since I didn’t have time to drive to the restaurant and pick up my food myself. He finally said it was Major Menus’s fault, and I’d have to contact them for a refund. The person I spoke with (who didn’t give his name) was incredibly rude. I don’t typically bother to review folks, but this guy was pretty ridiculous. Definitely won’t be eating here, and will share this experience if anyone asks about the restaurant.
