  Service isn’t good and it’s overpriced. On the other hand, the decor is nice and the seating is comfortable. Plus they have a couple of tables outside, where you can enjoy the romantic vista and smell of the perpetual College Drive traffic jam.

  Service has deteriorated. I frequent this Starbucks often as it’s on my way to work and I must say that the service has rapidly deteriorated in the last few months. I always use the drive through and my order has been wrong about 25% of the time in the last 2 months alone. Just recently my pastry order was switched with some other pastry because my original order wasn’t available. The problem was that they didn’t tell me and still charged me the same price for the more expensive item. Last week I ordered a croissant which was burnt and half the size that it was the prior week. For the same price with no explanation given. It is extremely frustrating to never know what you’re going to get. Not sure what can be done since this place is always busy regardless of the poor service but I just wanted to add my experience.

  Great Atmosphere! Great Drinks!. I love this Starbuck’s in particular. The staff is so personable and the drinks are so good. If there is any question about the drink they insist on remaking it and having you taste it to make sure it is to your liking. They take what they do very seriously and no matter how busy they are they ensure the quality of their coffee. It makes it feel more intimate in my opinion!
