Great food. Love the brisket fries, and boudin balls. Not a big fan of their etouffee, its sweet. But I still ate it! The sauce is nice a thick, and there’s lots of it. I just like my etouffee with more of a kick.

Birthday party. Three Bones catered our party tonight. They were awesome. Nothing but are reviews from everyone at the party. I would highly recommend them.
Three bones is phenomenal. Three bones catered my wedding and my guest still talk about how great the food was. It was a pleasure to work with the company; they were awesome and help with anything I needed. The boudin balls and mac and cheese are plate-lickin-good!
LOVE LOVE LOVE. There’s nothing but love for this truck. I had the Helter today. I’m still full and great customer service.
Surf and turf was superb. I love that they use good lettuce and not iceberg. The shrimp isn’t the best, wouldn’t order it on a sandwich by itself but would definitely recommend the surf and turf. I wasn’t impressed with the boudin balls either and definitely not worth $3 for 3 tiny boudin balls. I’d stick with the brisket and roast beef.
