Always a pleasure!. I just stopped by the new location and had such a pleasant experience! Jeff did it again! Jeffs deauxnuts were amazing. He always makes the experience extremely personal. My favorite is the maple bacon but the rest weren’t too far behind. I even tried the boudin, egg, and cheese sandwich and it was so delicious that I had to take a moment to let it all sink in. I really love the atmosphere of the new location. It’s always a great experience with tiger deauxnuts!
By far one of the best specialty donut shops in town. Everything on the menu is delicious and the prices are very reasonable! You have got to try the maple bacon! The breakfast sandwiches are great too! Boudin, egg and cheese if you get one of those!
Honestly, I wasn’t that impressed. Got there at 8:00 Saturday morning. First off, we obviously got yesterday’s doughnuts. The maple bacon was tasty, but the Irish Cream tasted nothing like Bailey’s, and the strawberry cream cheese didn’t have a lot of flavor. The doughnuts were ok, but frankly, I’ve had better.
Owner is rude!. So,… I was super excited about Tiger opening up by my work. I go and owner is explain his cream cheese doughnuts with strawberries and tells me how they cook them down a bit and can’t find the words so I say you carmelize them? And he gets upset and says that is not what we call it. 2nd time he scolded me about my kid being in the room. He realizes I’m pissed and starts crawfishing about his reasons. Well…Mary Lee doughnuts are better than his and yes there hours suck but I would rather go earlier and be treated better!Just cause you put stuff on a doughnut doesn’t mean you can be rude. Never going back!
Totally worth getting out of bed on the weekend!! All three flavors we got (maple bacon, bananas foster and Reese’s PB) were absolutely yummy but I so have to say that the maple bacon was my favorite! There’s just something about crunchy bacon alongside sweet maple! If you haven’t tried this place, hurry because you are totally missing out!
LOVE THIS PLACE!. Today my boyfriend and I went to Tiger Deaux-nuts for the second time and we are proud to say we are obsessed with these donuts. It’s so hard to pick a favorite because they’re all so amazing, but I have to say that trying the Bananas Foster today blew my miiiiind. Apple pie, maple bacon, and the honey glazed are also all incredibly delicious! The only thing I wish I could change is the location, but I’m willing to take the 30 minute drive to get these mouth-watering donuts! I can’t wait to go back for more! 🙂
