Reversed opinion. I went back to Tramonte’s today and they completely changed my mind. Everything on the order was right and the food was so good. I got there and the lady behind the counter was so nice. We talked along with a gentleman that was there… My advise for a good experience here is to stay away from the kitchen people…. If you do that you will be pleased. They are always rude. But man can they cook!!!!03 Jul, 2013Follow up. Went again. Same service and rudeness. But I got the salad that I wanted. Amazing! Chicken was a little dry for me but I prefer pan cooked chicken over grilled on a real grill. I know most people prefer grilled. Everything in the salad was fresh and crispy. No complaints when it comes to this salad. Delish!01 Jul, 2013Went again. Once again I went to Tramonte’s. Co-worker ordered a salad that was BEAUTIFUL and she said it tasted wonderful. The food is great here. Kinda skimpy with the seafood, nothing like new orleans where they pile it on. But everything else is great. The service is terrible! Ever since the blonde headed lady left it sucks. They forget stuff in the to go orders. They get the orders wrong. She constantly puts you on hold while taking orders. You have to ask her to read the order back and she has a little attitude about it. If the food wasn’t so good, I would NEVER go back. Blond headed lady I dont know your name but PLEASE COME BACK!!!!

Great crawfish. Ordered the boiled crawfish and they were GREAT!!! Friendly place and willing to please. Oysters are pretty awesome as well 🙂
Pretty Bad… Have been there twice before. They messed up our order and the two couples in front of us order at the same time. Then they got an attitude at everyone involved during the process. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Its almost funny how rude these guys are. Will never go back.11 Aug, 2012Very Dirty. The staff treats customers with extreme disrespect. Horrible service! Not only were the workers rude, but they’ve messed up our order on multiple occasions. It wasn’t hard to see where their attitudes came from when I witnessed a bald headed man, who must be the owner, belittle a customer and be borderline racist. There should be no place in the food industry for this type of behavior!
Great bar style food. The burgers done medium/medium-rare are about the best in the city. The meat selection is pretty good as well. Whenever it’s time for a porterhouse, Tramontes is where I buy. Unfortunately, I can’t walk in the door without getting a burger… Just too good.
One order of burger & fries is enough for two people and it’s really good. Maybe a little on the salty side. The ribeye PO boy is amazing!
