I had been wanting to stop here for some time but just never had the time passing through BR. The service was very friendly – had to up score for that. The bbq jambalaya was good – much better that I expected as I was definitely curious. But I would call it dirty rice more than jambalaya. The beans and chips were both spot on.Now to the meats, ribs were the best, nice fall off the bone tender, jerk chicken was good, pork was good as well but brisket was a bit on tough side.Overall a good meal and would surely go back.

I am a Voodoo fan. The food is always good, but the brisket blows away any other brisket I’ve had. The service at this location is great. I have noticed a larger portion of side items at this location than others, unless it’s just perception because they use a different sized container. It’s not easy to get into the parking lot if you haven’t been there before because the parking lot for this whole shopping center is a little confusing. The outdoor patio seating is really nice when it’s not too hot. Side note that applies to all Voodoo locations (not just this one): I preferred the grilled Texas toast to the cornbread muffins!
