Great place to eat.. Friends recommended this place. They where right. Food was real good and pretty fast service. Three of us ate three different things. Everyone said they liked their food. First time eating there but i will be back. they are opening one in Houma. Hurry up Houma.We had the onion mound, they where great, sauce was good too. One person had Black Jack Chicken and it was awesome. Another had the Louisiana Combo Platter and it was good, fish,shrimp and etouffee. I had Crawfish Etou-Ways, Etoufee. Man was it good. I highly recommend this place. Good job guy’s and girls.The bad, the music is a little too loud. Hard to hold a conversation.
This summer must be bulking season at the Burbank location. The staff is getting fat. Great cheese fries though!
Scab feeders!!. POS managers decided to cross USWs picket line to feed scabs at refinery as workers are on strike for worker safety. Could have easily delivered to a close location and had the scabs come out to pick up but Walkons decided to slap that working people in the face!! Lost of my business and we will include Walkons on the USW newsletters to our over 800,000 Union members nation wide!!
I will be back!. Service was good, hamburger great and bread pudding awesome! SERIOUSLY… I wanted more. Too bad there isn’t one in Dallas. Oh, and the manager, Adam C. He’s a cutie too!
The service at TowneCenter was horrible! My waitress (I think her name was Bianca) was practically begging for tips. She told me unwanted details of her personal life, which was very awkward and unprofessional. When my food was brought out, she gave me a completely different dish than what I ordered. I ate it anyway because the hangover burger looked delicious and I was starving by then. Props to the the kitchen, but this waitress should probably find a different career path. Will go back again for food, but next time I’ll order Togo.
Invisible People Sit at Tables. I went during an LSU game (which I’m learning is the time period for the worst service) and the bar at TownCenter was full. There were several empty tables when I walked in so I stood at the host podium for service. One girl went out of her way to get everyone that walked in after me. I finally had to stop a girl just to make sure I wasn’t dead and a ghost. I asked the second girl if I could sit at one of the small table on the patio since the bar was full. She asked if there were any empty tables and I told her there were. She went out to go verify then came back and said I couldn’t sit at those because they were full. I asked if they were reserved and she said no. I asked if I could claim one of the small tables and she said people were sitting at them. I asked if people were sitting at the empty tables (while pointing at them) and she said yes. I asked if they were invisible people and she told me not to be ridiculous. I told her I’d take one of the unreserved empty tables, but she insisted people were sitting at them at the time, though invisible. I told her she was just too lazy to sit potential customers and too F*ing stupid to do her job. I will not be back.
Horrible service at the town center location, we will never go back.. First all our waitress was rude and second we had a hungry child and she ordered a grilled cheese and a cheeseburger was brought out, so we sent it back and when they finally brought the grilled cheese out the cheese wasnt even melted and we went to send it back but our child was so hungry she said dont worry about it. so she took a couple bites and we asked for manager and he walked out of the kitchen and she looked at our table (wouldnt even come talk to us, his name was Brett) and wouldnt take the 4.99 off our bill because she took a few bites. thats very poor management in my eyes. we will not be returning. you would think with all the bad reviews, the management would get it together.
