Sad, lonely lunches made for a disappointing lunch. Sad, lonely lunches: I’ve eaten here in the past and have enjoyed it. Today was not such a day. We ordered 3 sandwiches. (one egg salad, one pulled pork and one turkey) The bread overpowered the turkey sandwich and the only thing on the sandwich was turkey, lettuce of some type and a very small amount of tomato. The egg salad was just that, a small amount of egg salad on toasted bread. There was nothing in the basket (the plate) except the sandwiches, sitting there all alone. No chips, no pickle, fruit, just sandwiches on the paper. The cost of the 3 small sandwiches and 2 drinks was just under $28. I would gladly pay $28 for great sandwiches or even above average. Had this been my first time to dine there, I would not have returned.
Just try it!. Love coming here for lunch. The half salad, half sandwich option is the best…and don’t forget to try the lemon berry cake with marscapone for dessert (if they have it). It’s the only cake I will eat. My only complaint is that they don’t make breakfast!
Southern Charm At It’s Best. I was treated to lunch here during a recent visit. The chicken salad is divine. The well seasoned chicken breast, accompanied by mandarin oranges and dried cranberries, was wonderfully dressed. I LOVED it. Given the chance, I will definitely be back. The artwork, live music and antiques were just lagniappe!

NOT KID FRIENDLY. They only have one high chair. we had to wait for it, then someone else got it..won’t be going back here with my baby..who is always with me. i really want to try their food, but one high chair for the whole restaurant, seriously??
The Perfect Lunch. The title says it all. You cannot go wrong at Yvette Marie’s. Their daily lunch specials are a must. If you don’t see anything you like on the daily special board, choose from any one of their savory sandwiches. Forewarned: their mango iced tea is incredibly addictive.Expect stellar service at Yvette Marie’s. The girls behind the counter always have a bright smile that adds a certain pleasantness to your meal.
Too much plastic. An unusual and fun place to eat, but way too much plastic and Styrofoam–not environmentally friendly at all.
