Best Kept Secret in Bossier City. I’ve eaten there twice and it’s very top knotch. Gourmet meals for a really good price. It’s not your run of the mill buffet. Each time I eat there I’ve savored each meal. Love the rotating menu and you are helping the kids at BPCC learn a skill. Runs from 5-6:30 pm. There’s a line at 5 but clears out by 5:30 pm. You also have the take out option if you don’t want to eat in. No paper plates here if you eat in. Love, love, love it.
