I am usually very pleased with my food from this place but last night I went and picked up my usual grilled chicken and shrimp over rice and i was totally disgusted when i got home to find a dirty napkin in my box with my food. It was late before i got home so I waited until this morning to call and notify management. they asked me if I kept the food. I was like hell no i was so aggervated and disgusted i threw the bag away and went to bed. So I guess I know if that happens again to keep the plate but I wont be going back to Captain La’s bc anywhere that would let this happen is just unprofessional and unclean and then the fact management asked if i could bring it in and let them see it was a total WTH???? question to me. Sad i experienced this bc i use to love the place but if this unsanitary act happen i’m afraid to know what else goes on. 🙁
Great food. Nice portions. The fried stuff is terrific but their grilled fish or shrimp is deliciously seasoned and topped with onions and peppers. Even better., You can get it over rice too and it is just a wonderful dish.
