Food is always great, service is ok. Called to make a pickup order and was ask to hold. They put phone down and I was at the store when I ask them to hang up. Almost 6 mn hold and had to wait for food. That’s my only complaint
Why do have to be so rude?. I just called to know about their daily soup specials…instead they seemed like they didnt even want to tell me. Just a blunt no and a goodbye. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Unfriendly staff will get you no where.
Worth the extra $!. Not cheap but where else can u get a homemade cannoli from? everything is fresh and good.
If Shreveport is the face of north Louisiana, Bossier City is definitely the mullet. That being said, I’m not sure why a gem like this is located where it is. The food is incredible – specifically, the turkey melt is out of this world. The cannoli is authentic and fresh. Recommended.
Great lunch!. Dropped by today after reading the good reviews. Got the Turkey Melt and sweet potato fries – was very impressed! I did think it was a little pricy but I’d say it was worth it. I’ll be back
Seek this place out. Great food & attitude.
Gone downhill. This USED to be one of my favorite restaurants in SB. Recently, my family and I ate here and were completely disappointed. The pizzaletta that I was looking so forward to was dry and just blah. My sister got ‘the special’ which amounted to a baked pork chop topped with some kind of cream-of soup they were calling mushroom gravy. To top it all off, the big guy that’s always working the front counter was completely rude to us. I’ve noticed on several occasions that he’s really only friendly to either people he knows personally or the young, skinny girls. Guess we fit neither mold. Will not be back
