The margaritas are absolutely phenomenal and the Mexi-Cheez tacos are fantastic as well. I look forward to trying so many more things on the menu.The only reason I’m rating this as a 4.5 is due to the inconvenience of having to pay over and over again with every drink order while sitting outside for an hour and a half. I would much rather close out my check once we are done with out meal and drinks.
Even though we arrived about 4:30, service was good, very accommodating. Chips and salsa were good. However, beef nachos were just ok. Would be willing to try again for the fish tacos.
If I could eat here everyday, I would! The service is polite and quick. The burrito in a wetsuit is my go to item! It’s delicious and usually lasts me another day or two; it’s huge!! The green salsa (and the red) is to die for! The Baja Fish Tacos are a must try!
This place is over rated and over priced. Shrimp tacos are almost $15 and you get 3-4 small shrimp and a lot of filler. Tuna tacos were fishy. This place has a lot of potential but they need to step up their game.
This place is amazing in every way. The food, the drinks and even the service! Everything is cooked to perfection and their happy hour is on point. Blood orange Margarita is my favorite! Definitely recommend to everyone!!
Something different. Took my mother out for lunch today, and on the way there I explain that this isn’t text mex, but more California style Mexican. It was my first time as well dining here. The restaurant itself it very clean and decorated nicely. I ordered the 3 taco dinner ( beef , chicken, tuna). My mother ordered the #7. The cashier delivered our food to the table and asked how was everything, my mother being from west Texas had never ate Cali-mex before with the sweeter sauces. It took her a few bites to understand what she was eating but she really enjoyed her meal. As did I. I’m trying to get my parents to eat healthier dishes and this was a good place to take her for healthier options . The owner was nice enough to check on us and explain to my mother the different styles of Mexican food. We will def be back and I’ll be back to hit up happy hour.
Disapointed. Very over-priced for the quality of the food. This was my 2nd and last visit. Chips and salsa — Good but all else… I’ll go somewhere else.
