This place is old and quaint. It looks dirty outside and inside. However, it’s an old staple in bossier that the locals have been eating at for years. The BBQ was excellent and the sauce was amazing. The potato salad is homemade and while it’s different, it’s very good. The service was great. The people are very friendly. The prices were also excellent. Overall I would definitely return.

I think they are Great !!!!!!!!. I was born and raised in Shreveport-Bossier area and now am 53 and I love Cobb’s hot links and have’nt had better anywhere around here. I also like their potato salad and b-b-q sauce.

The chop beef sandwiches are so good. That’s all I have ever ate since a little boy. I eat at least 4 when I go there. Yum Yum

1st you gotta respect a place that’s been in business for 56 years in the same location! But like many other long time restaurants in the area it’s just not very good. The first clue is the absence of any trace of smoke odor as you approach the door, still not there as you enter and not there in the food either. The ribs taste like they were oven baked and finished on a grill. As another review mentioned, the sauce is very thin vinegar based, that’d be ok if it had flavor, it doesn’t. The prices are dirt cheap, could be why they are still around.

Standard shreveport BBQ. Exactly like most of the BBQ places in this area. Mediocre. Northern Louisiana sucks at BBQ. BBQ sauce is thin and to vinegary, meat is usually to dry.
