  To the person who said they had a bad experience, I am sorry you went through that, but you are mistaken. You did not come to Louisiana Donuts. It was another donut shop you went to. We do not have a drive thru and would never intentionally do something like that. Our goal is to provide the best possible product and customer experience that we can. If you would like to try us out, we are located at 2000 Benton Rd. Suite B.

  We went to this donut shop this morning and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with donuts. We went through the drive thru, and upon receiving our order we discovered that one of the two eclairs we ordered was maple, not chocolate. We had already paid, and asked him about it and apparently they had only one chocolate left which he neglected to tell us. Annoyed and ready to leave, we kept the donuts anyways. When we went to eat the chocolate eclair we discovered it was filled with part lemon filling! It appeared as though they had run out of custard and tried to make up for it by finishing it off with lemon, which was awful. As for the rest of our donuts, they were stale and unimpressive. Pitiful customer service. Would definitely have appreciated him telling us they were out rather than hoping we wouldn’t notice. We will definitely NOT be returning to this place.

  Yummy, but needs a menu. I have come by several times for breakfast snacks and donuts, and I think everything is delicious. Croissants, donuts, breakfast sandwiches & burritos, many different types of pastries, and just about any breakfast drink you could want (energy drinks, smoothies, juices, milks, sodas, & various hot & cold coffees). I work at a large office & would like to bring breakfast for my co-workers, but I wish they had a menu online or at least a paper one that I could take with me to work or otherwise. I called to request one but was told there wasn’t one available (neither online or on paper). I know this place is relatively new, but I think they should have least tried to make a menu available because it could help them gain new customers. Even though everything is delicious, the place is usually quite empty, so make some menu’s available! 🙂

  FRESH FOOD, FANTASTIC OWNERS. I don’t know when they sleep!? Late at night, making dough for the next morning, before sunrise, baking it up! Their kolaches melt in your mouth. I don’t think they go by Louisiana Donuts anymore, but between the service & the food, I recommend this be your only stop on the way to work in the mornings
