If you don’t speak Spanish, they are rude. I called twice to get some additional information and the phone was answered in Spanish. When I started speaking English, they hung the phone up! The second time I asked for someone that spoke English, she repeated what I said. I heard her in the background speaking with someone else and laughing and then she hung the phone up again! WTH!
