Gotta agree with reviewer Andy that this is the best German food in town! Of course it is pretty much the only German food in town but it is actually good, for this far south anyway. All the dishes we tried were made fresh and had good flavor. The ham and Swiss sandwich featured some very good quality Swiss cheese. The brat likewise had some good crunchy Sauerkraut and the brat itself was good too. The Jgerschnitzel was good. It’s a pork tenderloin cutlet breaded and fried and topped with mushroom gravy. Being a food truck I understand their limitations however I’d much prefer Spaetzle (dumplings) or German potato salad to fries. I appreciate them offering German food, It seems like everyone around here wants to offer the same tiered and overdone foods especially the trucks and stands at festivals. Moni’s and the Farmers Market deserves credit for challenging that!
