I feel like Notini’s is an underrated gem in Bossier City. This has been one of my favorite places to eat since I was little. The environment is so welcoming and cozy. I’ve never had a bad encounter with one of the waitresses or managers, everyone is always so friendly! My favorite thing to order is a personal supreme pizza and side salad. The wait time is a tad lengthy especially for pizzas, but it is so worth it. Their staple, the mint tea, lives up to the hype. I guarantee that you’ll order a half gallon to take home with you!
So bummed. It literally pains me to have to write a bad review about a place that I worked at as a teenager 20+ years ago and was my favorite place to eat for many years. This place has been going downhill for sometime now, which is why I haven’t been in a while. Tonight I decided to give it another chance because I so miss the food they used to serve. IT.WAS.HORRIBLE. I got my order of spaghetti with ‘meat’ sauce (cough cough), an Italian Salad and a pizza for my kids to go. The sauce had exactly ONE piece of meat in the entire bowl of spaghetti and a few pieces of something brown and mushy that kind of resembled veins??? I’m a nurse and it even grossed me out! The salad was a bowl of wilted lettuce and watered down dressing. Pizza was mediocre, at best. I’m done. I will not be back. Judging from some of the other recent reviews, Notini’s needs to step it back up or kiss your business goodbye. Way too many good places to eat in SB to pay for this. Bummer.
Price not worth the taste. I have to agree with the last review. I wouldn’t mind paying the price as long as it would have had flavor but all I could taste was grease. I had high hopes for this restaurant given it’s history in the area. Very disappointed. I won’t be back.
Horrible all together.. I went to notinis on wednesday for the special everyone talks about. They sauce is the crap that comes out of a jar in walmart or at least thats what it tastes like. And to top it off They told one of their employees that forgot to come in that they didnt work there anymore. TAKE THAT TO THE BACK! That is rud enot only to her but to me as well. Go to Monjunis way more professional and better food
This place used to be WONDERFUL…not so much anymore. My wife & I went in there to eat last night, & I must say we will not go back. They served me a garden salad with wilted lettuce, the cheese bread was French bread with a little bit of cheese, a small piece of tomato, and was heated just long enough to melt the cheese (bread not toasted at all). My wife ordered veal w/spaghetti (they forgot the veal…OOPS). I ordered the lasagna, which came out cold. They ADDED veal to my wife’s meal, stuck my lasagna in the freaking microwave (which I think is against food code), they did actually remake my salad. The food & service in this place has gone extremely downhill. Maybe his father should come back & show them how this place needs to be done.
If you like ketchup and noodles this place is perfect. Terrible. Bland. Zero flavor. Ragu tastes better out of the jar.
